Your Self-Discovery Coach

Hi, I’m Gareth Willett…

I have a desire to understand life and myself at the deepest level, to grow into the fullest of who I am and to help and inspire others who would like to do the same.

I believe that by doing the inner work we can begin the process of letting go of what no longer serves us so we can create space for a more authentic and fulfilled version of ourselves to arise.

As a professional, my core background and training comes from the fields of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Neuroscience-based Results Coaching, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Hypnotherapy. I bring all of my skills and knowledge together to create one to one bespoke coaching programs for my clients to help them transcend limiting patterns and transform their lives.

“Life is suffering…”

Sometimes I think too much, sometimes I feel anxious for no reason, I have good days and bad days, and sometimes I feel stuck, lost or alone.

We are all open to experiencing the full range of human emotions and have challenges to face, fears to embrace and thoughts that we struggle with on a daily basis, me included. This is part of the process of life.

Buddha pointed to the thought that “Life is suffering” – I add to that by saying that yes, life is suffering, when we are in resistance to it, and sometimes we can get caught up in this battle. We can learn to release ourselves from this struggle by developing our self-awareness and accepting that we are a part of life, and not separate from it.

“We are all just walking each other home”

I look at my work through the lenses of science, spirituality and philosophy. My inspirations and teachers include people like Tony Robbins, Joe Dispenza, Kyle Cease, Gabrielle Bernstein and Ekhart Tolle, along with many others in a professional and personal context.

I believe, as Rumi once said; “We are all just walking each other home”. So, I see my work as bringing all of the skills, knowledge, life lessons and experience that I have accumulated along my way into helping others along their own path, towards a deeper understanding and acceptance of themselves.
